Rainy weather has a tendency to bring out this craving of some comfort foods that one grew up with! For me, growing up in India it brings a craving of crispy bread pakoras as this was one of our favorite rainy weather comfort foods 🙂 So if you can make this without even a drop of oil or the deep frying, its brilliant! Totally guilt free comfort food.
These spicy noodles can be as elaborate as you want or as quick and simple as you have time for. These are perfect for the days when you’re exhausted after work and just want a quick meal. It is a great recipe for the students living in a dorm with limited resources and budgets.
