Watermelon Agua Fresca

The “quarantine 15” weight gain seems to be getting quite common! Being home all day, I found that we started eating more junk, and most noticeably: started drinking more flavored drinks. This in particular annoyed me, because I am VERY well acquainted with the damage that liquid calories can do 😂. Although I wanted to change up our drinks, I wondered if there was a way to do it without all of the calories, artificial colors, and preservatives. That’s how I came across this extremely simple Agua Fresca recipe! It can be made with any summer berries or fruits, but I like the Watermelon Agua Fresca the best! You can always take it up a notch by adding plain sparkling water or club soda to it instead of plain tap water.
